纳入标准:
- 在大巴吞鲁日地区居住 1 年或更长时间
- 25-50岁的男性
- 25-45岁的女性
- 身体质量指数 (BMI) 在 25-30 之间(BMI 从未超过 32)
- 没有心血管疾病、高血压、糖尿病、饮食失调或严重精神疾病病史的健康、不吸烟者
排除标准:
- 怀孕或哺乳
- 心血管疾病或高血压(高于 160/90 mmHg)的个人病史
- 异常心电图 (EKG)
- 个人糖尿病史
- 主要精神疾病的个人史
- 饮食失调的个人史
- 抽烟
- 定期锻炼(每周两次以上)
- 酗酒或滥用其他药物的人
- 肥胖后(BMI 从未超过 32)
- 定期使用药物,口服避孕药除外
- 曾经被未移除的金属异物伤害过的人
- 牙齿上戴牙套、假牙不可拆卸或牙桥不可拆卸的人
- 从事需要高度警觉性和运动技能的职业(航空公司飞行员等)的个人,即使出现轻微的姿势性眩晕也是不可接受的。
