- 妊娠 23-34 周(由产妇日期、早期产前超声检查和基于身体和神经肌肉体征(新巴拉德评分)的产后胎龄估计的组合确定,只要 3 种方法之间的胎龄一致 < 2周);
- 无重大先天畸形;和

研究组中的婴儿在其母亲的全部母乳或早产配方奶中接受了 1% 剂量的乳果糖(根据每天的饲料量,每 100 毫升饲料中含有 1 克乳果糖,并在整个持续时间内在所有饲料之间均匀分配他们的住院时间)。
原始制剂(Laevolac,Fresenius Kabi,奥地利)中的 67% 乳果糖在严格无菌条件下在药房中用蒸馏水稀释至 33.5%。
就在喂食之前,护士将所需体积的这种 33.5% 的乳果糖溶液添加到订购体积的饲料中,以在每份饲料中产生 1% 的乳果糖最终浓度。
