纳入标准:
- 前列腺癌。
- 格里森评分 2-6 或 7。
- PSA ≤ 20 纳克/毫升。
排除标准:
- 既往前列腺癌手术或盆腔放疗。
- 前列腺癌的先前/同时全身化疗。
- 影响直肠的活动性炎症性肠病(克罗恩病、憩室炎或溃疡性结肠炎)。
- 髋关节置换史。
- 先前的盆腔内手术。
- 服用锯棕榈或甲氨蝶呤并且不能或不愿意在辐射期间停止使用。
- 接受华法林钠(Coumadin)、氯吡格雷硫酸氢盐(Plavix)、甲磺酸达比加群酯(Pradaxa)、依诺肝素钠(Lovenox)或阿司匹林/双嘧达莫(Aggrenox)的持续和电流抗凝治疗。
