本研究将招募患有胃轻瘫和胃排空延迟的患者。
这些患者可能患有糖尿病、特发性或尼森胃底折叠术后胃轻瘫。
此外，症状类似于胃轻瘫但胃排空正常的患者将被纳入为参考组。
描述
纳入标准：
- 胃轻瘫症状至少持续 12 周（不必连续），伴有不同程度的恶心、呕吐、早饱、餐后饱胀感和/或腹痛
- 糖尿病、特发性或尼森胃底折叠术后胃轻瘫的病因
在过去 6 个月内使用 4 小时 Egg Beaters® 方案进行固体和液体胃排空闪烁显像测试：
- 异常胃排空率定义为异常 2 小时（>60% 滞留）和/或 4 小时（>10% 滞留）结果，基于在 GpCRC 临床中心进行的 4 小时闪烁显像低脂打蛋器®胃排空研究。
- 胃排空率正常但有胃轻瘫症状的患者可以入组并分类为可能的胃轻瘫或类似胃轻瘫但胃排空正常
- 初次筛查访问时年龄至少 18 岁
- 最近 2 年内胃镜检查结果
排除标准：
- 无法遵守或完成胃排空闪烁扫描检查（包括对鸡蛋过敏）
- 存在可以解释患者症状的其他情况：
- 通过内窥镜检查、上消化道系列检查或腹部 CT 扫描确定的幽门或肠梗阻
- 活动性炎症性肠病
- 已知嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎
- 可能导致恶心和/或呕吐的原发性神经系统疾病，例如颅内压升高、占位或炎症/感染性病变
- 急性肝衰竭
- 晚期肝病（儿童 B 或 C；Child-Pugh-Turcotte (CPT) 评分≥7）
- 急性肾功能衰竭
- 慢性肾功能衰竭（血清肌酐 >3 mg/dL）和/或血液透析或腹膜透析
- 全部或次全（接近完全）胃切除术、食管胃造口术、胃空肠吻合术或胃旁路术。 注意：之前进行过胃底折叠术的患者将有资格入组。
