高温运动对心血管压力、调节核心体温的能力以及运动表现有很大影响,因为它会增加对体液分布到皮肤的依赖,以维持足够的出汗率和散热。 在高温下运动期间摄入碳水化合物电解质饮料可以改善体液平衡和随后的身体表现。
参与者将以随机、平衡、交叉的方式分配到每只手臂,间隔至少 2 周。 在运动干预期间,参与者将被置于高温环境中。
