描述
纳入标准:
- 22 岁及以上,曾接受过头颈或胸部照射
- 头颈部照射后六个月或更长时间
- 记录在案的亚临床心血管疾病(血清中的炎症标志物)
- 预先存在的斑块(通过超声波、CT 或 MRI 检测)
- 无症状的大动脉狭窄
- 不考虑进行动脉手术或血管内治疗。
排除标准:
- 癌症复发(有或没有治疗)
- 入组时计划进行颈动脉血运重建手术或血管内介入治疗
- 肾功能衰竭
- 估计肾小球滤过率 (eGFR) < 45(根据血清肌酐水平、种族、年龄和性别计算)
- 医学上不稳定或血液学、肾脏或肝脏功能障碍
- 非动脉粥样硬化性动脉狭窄(夹层)
- 支架或外部夹子的存在会导致伪影影响 MRI 数据的准确解释
- MRI 禁忌症:心脏起搏器、金属植入物、眼睛中的金属、孕妇或哺乳期妇女、幽闭恐惧症、对 MRI 造影剂过敏
