选择以下剂量:2.0 mg.kg-1、2.2 mg.kg-1、2.4 mg.kg-1、2.6 mg.kg-1、2.8 mg.kg-1。
中度罗库溴铵诱导的神经肌肉阻滞 (NMB) 的完全逆转考虑了 T4/T1 比率 ≥ 0.9 与周围神经刺激器和加速度计(连续电刺激的监测)“四列”(TOF)。
全身麻醉诱导及周围神经刺激器和加速度计校准后,注射罗库溴铵0.6 mg.kg-1。
在整个手术过程中,持续静脉输注麻醉剂异丙酚和瑞芬太尼,并间歇推注罗库溴铵。

- 神经肌肉疾病史,

第一位患者接受了 2.4 mg/kg 的剂量,如果出现阴性反应,则将分配下一位患者接受下一个更高剂量的 2.6 mg/kg。 如果 2.4 mg/kg 确实产生了阳性反应,则将随机分配下一位患者,有 10% 的概率接受下一剂 2.2 mg/kg 或 90% 的概率接受相同剂量的 2.4 mg/kg。
