纳入标准:
- 重症监护病房(ICU)成年患者(年龄≥18岁)
- 需要双腔 CVC 超过 5 天
- 签署知情同意书
排除标准:
- 靶静脉和/或对侧静脉血栓形成
- 怀孕或哺乳期妇女
- 不太可能存活超过 1 个月
- 预后不良
- 疑似导管相关感染
- 通过导丝在原位置换 CVC
- 严重烧伤
- 不适合CVC的情况,包括对CVC材料过敏、靶静脉血栓形成、穿刺部位感染、凝血障碍、解剖结构异常
- 已经在这项研究中
- 3个月内参加过其他研究
