De effecten van anti-infectieuze centraal veneuze katheter (CVC) op kathetergerelateerde bloedbaaninfectie (CRBSI) bij patiënten in kritieke zorg: een gerandomiseerde, controlestudie met meerdere centra
Het doel van deze studie is om het effect te onderzoeken van anti-infectieuze centrale veneuze katheter (Certofix®Protect) op het verminderen van kathetergerelateerde bloedbaaninfectie bij ernstig zieke patiënten in China, en de relatie tussen kathetergerelateerde bloedbaaninfectie en kathetergerelateerde trombose. .

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- volwassen patiënten op de intensive care (ICU) (leeftijd ≥ 18 jaar)
- heeft meer dan 5 dagen CVC met dubbel lumen nodig
- Ondertekende geïnformeerde toestemming
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- trombose in doel- en/of contralaterale ader
- zwangerschap of zogende vrouwen
- waarschijnlijk niet langer dan 1 maand zal overleven
- slechte prognose
- vermoedelijke kathetergerelateerde infectie
- vervangende CVC op de oorspronkelijke plaats door middel van begeleidingsdraad
- ernstige brandwond
- situatie die niet geschikt is voor CVC, inclusief allergie voor CVC-materiaal, trombose in doelader, infectie van prikplaats, stollingsstoornis, abnormale anatomie
- al in deze studie
- deelgenomen aan andere studies binnen 3 maanden
