干涉:

描述
纳入标准:
- 诊断为明确、可能或可能实验室支持的 ALS 的连续患者
- 从第一个症状开始的疾病持续时间为 6-24 个月,以排除缓慢和快速进展
- ALSFRS-R ≥ 30
- FVC(预测百分比)≥ 70%
排除标准:
- 其他医疗条件,如心功能不全和肺部疾病或其他限制运动训练的条件;
- 有严重的吸烟习惯,有明显支气管收缩的实验室证据;
- 相关痴呆或精神疾病的迹象。
注意:在研究方案 (T1) 入院时,没有患者接受管饲、有创或无创机械通气。
