本研究的目的是确定感觉统合和前庭运动对头晕、跌倒风险和生活质量的综合影响。
研究概览
详细说明
这项随机对照试验将于概要批准后 7 个月内在 Mansoorah 教学医院进行。
根据便利抽样技术计算的样本量,将纳入 38 名中风参与者。
符合纳入标准的参与者将使用在线随机工具随机分为两组,A组将接受感觉统合运动和前庭运动与常规物理治疗的结合,持续40分钟,B组将接受前庭运动与常规物理治疗,持续40分钟。
每组将接受每周3次的治疗,持续6周。
数据将使用 SPSS 24 版进行分析。

DHI 评估头晕 包含 25 个项目,三个答案是,有时不是。
残疾最高为 100,最低为 0。SS-QOL,特定疾病包括 49 项 12 个领域,社会角色(五个问题)、行动能力(六个问题)、能量(三个问题)、语言(五个问题)、自我护理(五题)、情绪(五题)、性格(三题)、思维(三题)、上肢功能(五题)、家庭角色(三题)、视力(三题)、工作/生产力(三题)问题)。
每项排名五分,一级表示完全同意,五级表示完全不同意。
总分范围为 49 至 245。Time up and go 测试 持续时间≥13.5 秒与前庭功能障碍相关的跌倒风险增加。
STRATIFY 工具包括五项风险因素:既往跌倒史、患者躁动、视力障碍、失禁、转移和活动能力评分范围为 0 至 5 分,跌倒风险为评分≥2 分。
