Inclusion Criteria:
- Non-smoking
- No metabolic disease
- BMI 20 - 25 kg/m^2
- male
- age 20-30
Exclusion Criteria:
- Intolerance to treatments
- on appetite-modifying medications
- restrictive eating
- smoking
- over or underweight
- breakfast-skipping
