Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Age more then 18 years.
- Patient who on treatment of either Sofosbuvir and Ribavirin (24 weeks) or Sofosbuvir, Ribavirin and peginterferon (12 weeks).
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patient who are lost to follow up.
