Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- children undergoing general anesthesia longer than 3 hours
Exclusion Criteria:
- past history of anesthesia
- cardiopulmonary bypass
- preexisting neurocognitive dysfunction
- abnormalities of liver profile (aspartate transaminase > 40 unit/L, alanine aminotransferase > 40 unit/L)
