Detailed Description

The study design is a prospective parallel-group randomized trial to compare learning outcomes pre and post implementation of assistive tools. Participants will be novice nurses employed at a medical center in northern Taiwan and will be randomly assigned by the clinical unit to either the experimental or control group. The control group will receive standard training, while the experimental group will additionally be provided with a chatbot account for self-directed learning. Comparisons were made between pretest and posttest in the first week and four weeks after employment.
