Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Newly recruited nurses with more than one month of clinical work experience
- Newly recruited nurses in wards or intensive care units (requiring them to write nursing records)
- Possessing a smartphone and able to join the official LINE account
Exclusion Criteria:
- . Units without written nursing records: outpatient nurses, functional group nurses
- . Special units with different nursing record systems: operating room nurses, emergency nurses
- . Huang Xinci collaborates with the host to supervise the nurses in the unit
- . Unable to use LINE App

Participants receive the standard orientation program plus access to the LINE Bot-based educational intervention, including weekly educational messages, instructional videos, learning resources, and interactive support for nursing documentation.

No Intervention: Routine Education Control Group
Participants receive the hospital's standard orientation and routine clinical preceptorship without access to the LINE Bot educational intervention during the study period.
