- Alle køn, over 18 år, uden følgesygdomme, har tilfredsstillende mundhygiejne og har en tilstand med tab af første eller anden permanent kindtand
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- - Sædvanlig brug af smertestillende og antiinflammatorisk medicin til andre følgesygdomme, tilstedeværelse af allergi over for den foreslåede lægemiddelprotokol, i neurologisk/psykiatrisk behandling, tilstedeværelse af tænder med læsioner, der skal behandles i den samme halvbue af den tand, der skal fjernes, nuværende rygevane , gravid eller ammende, med lysfølsomhedsforstyrrelser med tilstedeværelsen af neoplasi i den orale region; og patienter med operative komplikationer, hvis operationstid overstiger 90 minutter

Kirurgisk interventionsfase
Tidsramme: Baseline, før kirurgisk, 4 måneder
|
Computertomografiundersøgelsen vil blive udført på to øjeblikke, med tanden før ekstraktion og efter 4 måneders operation, og de målinger, der er valgt til dimensionsmåling af alveolprocessen, vil referere til den buccolinguale tykkelse af alveolen.
I det ortoradiale snit vil skålens grænser blive afgrænset ud fra tandens top til den maksimale højde af knoglekammene.
I den mest centrale position foretages den lodrette måling, og der foretages 3 buccolinguale snit, proportionalt med hinanden i henhold til det målte lodrette mål; og i hver apikale, midterste og cervikale tredjedel vil der blive taget mål vedrørende alveolens vandrette dimensioner.
Til fraktalanalysen vil interesseområdet, der omfatter dentalsocket, blive afgrænset, og Image J-programmet, som er i det offentlige domæne, vil blive brugt til at beregne fraktaldimensionen.
