Criteri di inclusione: Criteri di inclusione:
- Tutti i sessi, di età superiore ai 18 anni, senza comorbilità, presentano un'igiene orale soddisfacente e presentano una condizione di perdita del primo o del secondo molare permanente
Criteri di esclusione:
- - Uso abituale di farmaci analgesici e antinfiammatori per altre comorbilità, presenti allergie al protocollo farmacologico proposto, in trattamento neurologico/psichiatrico, presenza di denti con lesioni da trattare nella stessa emiarcata del dente da estrarre, attuale abitudine al fumo , in gravidanza o in allattamento, che presentano disturbi di fotosensibilità, con presenza di neoplasie nella regione orale; e pazienti con complicanze operatorie il cui tempo chirurgico supera i 90 minuti

15 pazienti a cui verranno estratti i primi o i secondi molari e riceveranno un innesto con biomateriale per scaffold

estrazione: in tutti i gruppi, l'estrazione verrà eseguita Immediatamente dopo l'estrazione del dente, i biomateriali Plenum® OSShp e Plenum® Guide (Brasile) verranno aggiunti all'alveolo dentale, fungendo da sostituto osseo e mantenendo le dimensioni alveolari.

estrazione: in tutti i gruppi verrà eseguita l'estrazione. Il trattamento con laserterapia infrarossa a bassa intensità da 808 nm verrà applicato in 2 fasi: una nell'immediato periodo postoperatorio e 10 giorni dopo l'intervento.

estrazione: in tutti i gruppi verrà eseguita l'estrazione. Il trattamento con laserterapia infrarossa a bassa intensità da 808 nm verrà applicato in 2 fasi: una nell'immediato periodo postoperatorio e 10 giorni dopo l'intervento.

L'esame tomografico computerizzato verrà effettuato in due momenti, con il dente prima dell'estrazione e dopo 4 mesi dall'intervento e le misure scelte per la misurazione dimensionale del processo alveolare faranno riferimento allo spessore buccolinguale dell'alveolo.
Nel taglio ortoradiale i limiti dell'alveolo saranno delimitati in base all'apice del dente fino all'altezza massima delle creste ossee.
Nella posizione più centrale verrà presa la misura verticale e verranno praticati 3 tagli buccolinguali, proporzionali tra loro in base alla misura verticale misurata; e in ciascun terzo apicale, medio e cervicale verranno effettuate misurazioni riguardanti le dimensioni orizzontali dell'alveolo.
Per l'analisi frattale verrà delimitata l'area di interesse che comprende l'alveolo dentale e verrà utilizzato il programma Image J, di dominio pubblico, per calcolare la dimensione frattale.

Nella tomografia computerizzata, la distanza orizzontale verrà misurata con il limite nei cristalli ossei mesiali e distali dell'alveolo in due momenti, prima dell'intervento chirurgico con il dente ancora in posizione e 4 mesi dopo l'estrazione, per verificare il mantenimento dell'interdentale spazio.
