Einschlusskriterien:Einschlusskriterien:
- Alle Geschlechter, älter als 18 Jahre, ohne Komorbiditäten, weisen eine zufriedenstellende Mundhygiene auf und weisen den Zustand des Verlusts des ersten oder zweiten bleibenden Molaren auf
Ausschlusskriterien:
- - Gewohnheitsmäßige Einnahme von schmerzstillenden und entzündungshemmenden Medikamenten bei anderen Komorbiditäten, bestehende Allergien gegen das vorgeschlagene Medikamentenprotokoll, bei neurologischer/psychiatrischer Behandlung, Vorhandensein von Zähnen mit zu behandelnden Läsionen im selben Hemiarch des zu entfernenden Zahns, aktuelle Rauchgewohnheit , schwanger oder stillend, mit Lichtempfindlichkeitsstörungen und dem Vorliegen einer Neoplasie im Mundbereich; und Patienten mit operativen Komplikationen, deren Operationszeit 90 Minuten überschreitet

Extraktion: In allen Gruppen wird die Extraktion durchgeführt. Unmittelbar nach der Zahnextraktion werden die Biomaterialien Plenum® OSShp und Plenum® Guide (Brasilien) in die Zahnhöhle eingebracht und dienen als Knochenersatz und Beibehaltung der Alveolardimensionen.

Chirurgische Interventionsphase
Zeitfenster: Ausgangswert, vor der Operation, 4 Monate
|
Die Computertomographie-Untersuchung wird in zwei Schritten durchgeführt, am Zahn vor der Extraktion und nach 4 Monaten der Operation, und die für die Dimensionsmessung des Alveolarfortsatzes gewählten Maße beziehen sich auf die bukkolinguale Dicke der Alveole.
Beim orthoradialen Schnitt werden die Grenzen der Pfanne ausgehend von der Zahnspitze bis zur maximalen Höhe der Knochenkämme abgegrenzt.
In der zentralsten Position wird die vertikale Messung durchgeführt und es werden 3 bukkolinguale Schnitte vorgenommen, die proportional zueinander entsprechend der gemessenen vertikalen Messung sind; und in jedem apikalen, mittleren und zervikalen Drittel werden Messungen bezüglich der horizontalen Abmessungen der Alveole durchgeführt.
Für die fraktale Analyse wird der interessierende Bereich rund um die Zahnpfanne abgegrenzt und das gemeinfreie Programm Image J zur Berechnung der fraktalen Dimension verwendet.

In der Computertomographie wird der horizontale Abstand mit der Grenze in den mesialen und distalen Knochenkristallen der Alveole zu zwei Zeitpunkten gemessen, vor der Operation, wenn der Zahn noch an Ort und Stelle ist, und 4 Monate nach der Extraktion, um die Aufrechterhaltung des Interdentalraums zu überprüfen Raum.
