- ASA I-III
- Elektiv ambulant total knæalloplastik (TKA)
- BMI under 40
- Evne til at give kirurgisk samtykke
Eksklusionskriterier:
- Patientafvisning
- Opioid-tolerant
- Eventuelle kontraindikationer mod rygradsanæstesi
- Kronisk opioidbrug i 3 måneder eller mere

Motorisk blokering vil blive vurderet af PACU-sygeplejersker i PACU ved hjælp af standard Bromage motorisk skala.
