Inklusionskriterier:

  • Deltageren er villig og i stand til at overholde studiebesøgsplanen og andre protokolkrav, herunder knoglemarvsaspirationer og/eller biopsier og hospitalsindlæggelse under den første cyklus

  • Dokumenteret diagnose af myelomatose (MM), og skal:

    i) Modtaget mindst 1 men ikke mere end 3 tidligere linjer med anti-myelomterapi ii) Modtaget tidligere behandling med lenalidomid og et anti-CD38 monoklonalt antistof (i mindst 2 på hinanden følgende cyklusser) iii) Opnået minimal respons (MR) eller bedre til mindst 1 tidligere anti-myelombehandling iv) Dokumenteret PD under eller efter deres sidste anti-myelombehandling eller manglende respons

  • Skal have målbar sygdom (som bestemt af centralt laboratorium)
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) præstationsstatus (PS) på 0, 1 eller 2 på tidspunktet for screeningen

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Aktiv, ukontrolleret eller mistænkt infektion
  • Kendt nuværende eller historie med involvering af centralnervesystemet af myelomatose
  • Anamnese eller tilstedeværelse af klinisk relevant CNS-patologi
  • Modtaget tidligere BCMA-målrettet TCE eller BCMA-målrettet CAR-T-terapi
  • Tidligere modtaget allogen stamcelletransplantation på et hvilket som helst tidspunkt eller modtaget autolog stamcelletransplantation inden for 3 måneder efter påbegyndelse af undersøgelsesintervention
