Inklusionskriterier

  • Mild kognitiv svækkelse (MCI) på grund af Alzheimers sygdom (AD) eller mild AD demens i overensstemmelse med National Institute on Aging og Alzheimers Association (NIA-AA) centrale kliniske kriterier.
  • Global Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR)-score på 0,5 til 1,0 og en CDR-Memory Box-score på 0,5 og højere ved screening og baseline.
  • Bevis på AD patologi.
  • Objektiv svækkelse af episodisk hukommelse som angivet med mindst 1 standardafvigelse under aldersjusteret gennemsnit i Wechsler Memory Scale IV-Logical Memory Subtest II (WMS-IV LM II).
  • Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score ≥ 22 til 30 (inklusive).

Eksklusionskriterier

  • Ethvert bevis på en tilstand, der kan påvirke kognition, bortset fra AD.
  • Kontraindikationer til PET-billeddannelse.
  • Manglende evne til at tolerere eller kontraindikation til magnetisk resonansbilleddannelse.
