Kokeellinen: Kohortti 1, ryhmä A (kontrastia tehostava kasvain)
Ryhmän A potilaille tehdään tavallinen kasvaimen preoperatiivinen kuvantaminen ja MR-perfuusiokuvaus ennen kirurgista resektiota.
Ryhmän A potilaille tehdään normaali intraoperatiivinen kuvantaminen sekä MR-perfuusiokuvaus kirurgisen resektion aikana.

MR perfusion scan before and during surgery.

Kokeellinen: Kohortti 1, ryhmä B (ei-paheneva kasvain)
Ryhmän B potilaille tehdään tavallinen kasvainkuvaus ja 2HG-spektroskopia ennen kirurgista resektiota.
Ryhmän A potilaille tehdään tavallinen intraoperatiivinen kuvantaminen sekä 2HG-spektroskopia kirurgisen resektion aikana.

Kokeellinen: Kohortti 2
Kohortin 1 analyysin aikana havaitsimme merkittäviä eroja ennen MRI-näytteissä ja postoperatiivisissa MRI-näytteissä. Kohortti 2, johon kuuluu 10 lisäpotilasta, on luotu näiden erojen vahvistamiseksi. Toisin kuin kohortissa 1, kehittynyttä kuvantamista (2-HG-spektroskopia ja MR-perfuusio) ei tarvita tämän vertailun tekemiseen. Rutiininomaisesti käytetyt hoidon intraoperatiiviset MRI-sekvenssit riittävät näihin 10 uuteen näytteeseen. Kohortin 2 erityinen tavoite on: 1. Vertaa alueita alkuperäisestä leikkauksesta pidennetyn resektion alueisiin intraoperatiivisen SOC MRI:n jälkeen 10 lisähenkilössä (kohortti 2). |
The standard of care intraoperative MRI sequences used routinely will be sufficient for these 10 new samples.
