UNE ÉTUDE DE COHORTE MULTICENTRIQUE, PROSPECTIVE, OBSERVATIONNELLE ET NON INTERVENTIONNELLE CHEZ DES SUJETS CHINOIS ATTEINTS D'HÉPATITE B CHRONIQUE HBeAg NÉGATIVE (CHB) RECEVANT UN TRAITEMENT PAR PEGINTERFÉRON ALFA

Cette étude multicentrique, prospective et observationnelle évaluera l'utilisation dans la pratique clinique ainsi que l'efficacité et l'innocuité de Pegasys (peginterféron alfa-2a) chez des participants chinois atteints d'hépatite B chronique négative AgHBe. Les participants recevant Pegasys conformément à l'étiquette locale seront suivis pendant durée de leur traitement et pendant un an après l'arrêt du traitement.

Participants chinois atteints d'hépatite B chronique négative AgHBe recevant un traitement avec Pegasys

La description

Critère d'intégration:

  • Participants adultes, >/= 18 ans
  • Traitement avec Pegasys selon l'étiquette et la pratique clinique standard
  • Hépatite B chronique sérologiquement prouvée AgHBe négatif avec ou sans cirrhose
  • Alanine aminotransférase (ALT) sérique > limite supérieure de la normale (LSN) mais </= 10 x LSN
  • ADN du virus de l'hépatite B (VHB) >/= 2 000 UI/mL

Critère d'exclusion:

  • Contre-indications à Pegasys telles que détaillées sur l'étiquette
  • Co-infection par l'hépatite A, l'hépatite C ou le VIH
  • Femmes enceintes ou allaitantes
  • Les participants ne doivent pas recevoir de traitement concomitant avec la telbivudine

Antigène e de l'hépatite B (HBeAg) participants à l'hépatite B chronique (CHB) qui ont reçu un traitement avec de l'interféron alfa pégylé (peginterféron alfa) conformément à l'étiquetage chinois et aux normes de soins chinoises et qui ont été suivis jusqu'à 1 an après l'arrêt du traitement.
