Des études antérieures ont indiqué que la stimulation auditive en tant que signal externe pourrait avoir des impacts positifs sur la synchronisation sensorimotrice.
De plus, selon des rapports précédents, outre les interventions traditionnelles, les appareils numérisés basés sur les jeux, tels que FTOMBVG, sont bénéfiques pour l'activation cérébrale chez les personnes âgées.

De plus, un contrôle et une coordination améliorés de la force des doigts conduisent à une meilleure dextérité des mains et devraient éventuellement améliorer l'indépendance de vie des personnes âgées en bonne santé et des personnes âgées présentant un déclin cognitif.
Par conséquent, cette étude vise à développer un système avancé basé sur le précédent, capable de fournir une rééducation des fonctions de la main, un entraînement cognitif et un confort émotionnel aux personnes âgées ou aux personnes souffrant de déficit cognitif.
Ils peuvent améliorer le contrôle de la force de leurs doigts ou la synchronisation visuelle-motrice grâce à la musique intégrée pendant le processus de jeu.

Critère d'intégration:
- Capacité à communiquer en chinois mandarin ou en taïwanais
- MCI, selon l'évaluation neurologique clinique, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) :≦25&≧19
- Capacité à effectuer des AVQ de manière indépendante, sans incapacité fonctionnelle manuelle
- Participation volontaire et capacité de signer le formulaire de consentement éclairé
Critère d'exclusion:
- Maladie d'Alzheimer diagnostiquée par des médecins ou répondant aux critères diagnostiques de la démence
- Diagnostic d'accident vasculaire cérébral par le médecin
- Toute maladie mentale ou problème de comportement et incapacité à coopérer avec le formateur
- Déficience visuelle ou maladies de la main entraînant une incapacité à appuyer sur les doigts
- reçu un autre entraînement cognitif ou physique au cours de la dernière année
- toute déficience visuelle, auditive ou de communication

Expérimental: Formation de jeu basée sur la musique
Les sujets seront invités à appuyer sur leur doigt pendant qu'une série de cibles de tir à l'arc descendent continuellement et passent par la ligne du bas en suivant les rythmes de la mélodie musicale sur Tipr.

La musique de fond sera désactivée.

Le Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) a été conçu comme un instrument de dépistage rapide des dysfonctionnements cognitifs légers.
Il évalue différents domaines cognitifs : Mémoire à court terme, Capacités visuospatiales, Fonctions exécutives, Attention, concentration et mémoire de travail, Langage, Orientation dans le temps et dans le lieu.
La sensibilité du MoCA pour détecter le MCI est de 90 %.
