Urządzenie do treningu rąk do pielęgnacji funkcji poznawczych

Poprzednie badania wskazywały, że stymulacja słuchowa jako bodziec zewnętrzny może mieć pozytywny wpływ na synchronizację sensomotoryczną.
Ponadto, według poprzednich raportów, oprócz tradycyjnych interwencji, cyfrowe urządzenia oparte na grach, takie jak FTOMBVG, korzystnie wpływają na aktywację mózgu u osób starszych.

Co więcej, ulepszona kontrola siły palców i koordynacja prowadzą do lepszej zręczności rąk i uważa się, że ostatecznie poprawiają niezależność życiową u zdrowych osób starszych i osób starszych z zaburzeniami funkcji poznawczych.
Dlatego też niniejsze badanie ma na celu opracowanie zaawansowanych systemów opartych na poprzednim, które mogą zapewnić rehabilitację funkcji rąk, trening poznawczy i komfort emocjonalny dla osób starszych lub osób cierpiących na deficyty poznawcze.
Mogą poprawić kontrolę siły palców lub synchronizację obrazu z silnikiem dzięki muzyce wbudowanej w proces gry.

- MCI, zgodnie z kliniczną oceną neurologiczną, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA): ≦25 i ≧19
- Zdolność do samodzielnego wykonywania czynności dnia codziennego, brak zaburzeń funkcji rąk
- Dobrowolny udział i możliwość podpisania formularza świadomej zgody
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- Choroba Alzheimera zdiagnozowana przez lekarzy lub spełniająca kryteria diagnostyczne otępienia
- Diagnoza lekarza dotycząca udaru
- Wszelkie choroby psychiczne lub problemy z zachowaniem oraz brak możliwości współpracy z trenerem
- Wada wzroku lub choroby dłoni skutkujące niemożnością wykonywania naciskania palcami
- w ciągu ostatniego roku przeszedł inny trening poznawczy lub fizyczny
- jakiekolwiek zaburzenia wzroku, słuchu lub komunikacji
