Criterio di inclusione:
-Pazienti sottoposti a TAVI con palloncino o valvole autoespandibili che sviluppano BBS di nuova insorgenza persistente alla dimissione dall'ospedale, almeno 3 giorni dopo la procedura
Criteri di esclusione:
- Mancato rilascio del consenso informato
- Pacemaker/defibrillatore al basale o pacemaker/defibrillatore impiantato durante il periodo di ricovero successivo alla procedura TAVI
- BBS completo preesistente
- Pazienti con un'aspettativa di vita inferiore a 2 anni

I risultati periprocedurali di TAVI di pazienti con NOP-LVV saranno utilizzati per caratterizzare predittori di AVB di grado elevato o completo.
Inoltre, le caratteristiche elettrocardiografiche alla dimissione ospedaliera dei pazienti con NOP-LVV saranno utilizzate anche per caratterizzare i predittori di AVB di alto grado o completo.
