説明
包含基準:
- 生後2~12か月の健康な乳児。
- 増殖期の表在性または混合性血管腫 (過去 1 ~ 2 か月でサイズが大きくなる)。
- 血管腫は 10X10 cm 未満で、潰瘍があってはなりません。
除外基準:
- 早産児 (妊娠 36 週未満)。
- 治療前の血管腫の潰瘍。
- 免疫抑制。
- まぶたまたは肛門周囲に位置する血管腫。
- 血管腫の前治療。
- 随伴疾患。
- -全身の薬物治療を必要とする複数の血管腫および/または血管腫の存在。
- フォローアップの潜在的な困難(別の町からの患者、病院へのアクセスの困難など)。
- -製剤の成分のいずれかに対するアレルギーの病歴。
- -治療開始前に10X 10 cmを超える血管腫または潰瘍化。
