中等度から重度の慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者に臭化アクリジニウムを2つの用量レベルで投与した場合の安全性、忍容性、有効性に関する長期ランダム化二重盲検延長試験
この延長研究の目的は、中等度から重度の慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）患者における2つの用量レベルでの吸入臭化アクリジニウムの長期安全性、忍容性、有効性を評価することです。
この研究の期間は 54 週間となります。 12週間の導入研究後の52週間の二重盲検治療期間と2週間のフォローアップ電話。
すべての患者は、アクリジニウムの 2 つの用量のうちの 1 つで導入研究からランダム化されます。

除外基準:
- この研究で禁止されている薬物の使用または使用が予想される
- 異常な臨床検査値、バイタルサイン、または心電図（ECG）結果の証拠、または身体検査所見における異常の存在
- 抗コリン作用の存在（例、口渇、尿閉、狭隅角緑内障）
- 投与前および投与後のECGの両方でQTcBが500ミリ秒を超える
- 妊娠中、妊娠を計画している、または授乳中の女性
- 余命は1年未満
- 導入研究中のIP投与および/または来院への不遵守
- 導入研究から延長研究への移行中に二重盲検療法が大幅に中断された。
