COPD患者の臨床状態、予後および医療リソースの利用に対する全身症状/併存症の影響
この研究の目的は、肺外疾患の有病率と重症度を判定し、COPD患者の罹患率と死亡率に対する肺外臓器症状の影響を定量化することです。
さらに研究者らは、全身性炎症と臓器障害との関係を評価しています。

慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)に代表されるように、慢性疾患と併存疾患は、個人の生活と医療の利用にますます大きな影響を与えています。
現在、統合されたビューを可能にする独立した包括的なデータベースが不足しています。
この研究により、全身性変化のマーカーとなる幅広い併存疾患を網羅する、大規模で包括的な長期的データベースが初めて確立されることになる。
これらのデータは、併存疾患のパターンとリスクプロファイルを通じて COPD の特定の表現型を明らかにする上で独特の価値があり、より正確な診断と治療の標的化、およびリソースの効率的な割り当てが可能になります。

- COPD (GOLD基準) または慢性気管支炎の診断
- インフォームドコンセント
- 18 か月間繰り返しの研究訪問が可能
除外基準:
- 大きな肺の手術を受けたことがある(例: 肺縮小、肺移植)
- 過去4週間以内に中等度または重度の増悪
- 肺腫瘍がある
- 歩くことができない、またはプロジェクトの意図が理解できない

BODE スコアは BMI、気道閉塞、呼吸困難、運動能力で構成され、COPD 患者の死亡を予測する優れた指標となります。
進行は、観察期間中の BODE スコアの 1 ポイント以上の変化として定義されます。
