患者を対象とした28週間の臭化アクリジニウム/フマル酸ホルモテロール、臭化アクリジニウム、フマル酸ホルモテロールおよびプラセボの2つの固定用量の組み合わせの有効性、安全性、および忍容性に関する第III相長期ランダム化二重盲検延長試験中等度から重度の安定した慢性閉塞性肺疾患 (COPD)
この第 III 相試験の目的は、中等度から重度の慢性閉塞性肺疾患 (COPD) 患者における吸入臭化アクリジニウム/フマル酸ホルモテロール、臭化アクリジニウム、フマル酸ホルモテロール、プラセボの 2 種類の固定用量組み合わせの長期安全性と忍容性を評価することです。 ）。
長期的な有効性、薬理学的および健康関連の生活の質の評価も評価されます。
この延長研究には、28週間の治療期間と、その後の4週間のフォローアップ来院が含まれます。
すべての患者は導入研究と同じ治療グループに残り、4つの治療群のうちの1つまたはプラセボを継続します。
