このデータベースは、母親と乳児の両方に関する観察ベースライン データ、および使用された治療法と乳児の転帰を収集します。 収集された情報は、疾患や治療に固有のものではありません。 収集されるデータには、次の情報が含まれます。

- 母の健康、労働、分娩
- 入院時の乳児の健康、手順と介入、および医学的結果

- 生後28日以内にバーモント・オックスフォード・ネットワークのメンバーセンターで出生または入院した、出生時体重401~1500グラムまたは在胎22週0日および在胎29週6日の乳児。乳児がケアを受ける場所に関係なく、最初に家に帰った
除外基準:
- 死産児
- 会員センターへの入場前に退院した幼児
- 28日以降に入院した幼児
