- 살아서 태어나고 출생 체중이 401~1500그램이거나 임신 22주 0일 29주 6일(포함)인 영아로서 생후 28일 이내에 버몬트 옥스포드 네트워크 회원 센터에서 태어나거나 입원한 영아 영아가 어디에서 보살핌을 받든 관계없이 먼저 집에 갔습니다.
제외 기준:
- 사산아
- 회원 센터에 입소하기 전에 집에서 퇴원한 유아
- 28일 이후 입소한 유아
