詳細な説明
提案された介入は、自閉症の幼児の転帰を首尾よく改善した親を介した介入を適応させます。 介入モデルは、(a) 社会的コミュニケーションの基礎 (共同注意、模倣、遊び) を対象とし、(b) 自然主義的な戦略を使用して社会的コミュニケーションの速度と複雑さを高め、(c) 介入の実施者として親を含めます。設定や活動全体の一般化を促進し、長期にわたるメンテナンスを確実にします。
この早期介入が自閉症の兆候のある子供の発達上の結果に及ぼす主な影響をテストすることに加えて、この方法がグローバルな乳児の発達に焦点を当てた早期介入よりも優れているかどうかを調べます。 乳幼児では脳の発達が急速に起こるため、高密度 EEG を使用して、(1) 介入の結果としてのこれらの乳幼児の変化のバイオマーカー、および (2) 治療に対する反応を予測するバイオマーカーを調査します。共同関与からの注意と学習。
研究の目的:

- ADOS-Toddler バージョンのスコアが高く、専門家 (小児科医、心理学者など) からの臨床的懸念がある。 子供の年齢が若いため、まだASDと診断されていない子供に介入することを期待していますが、ADOS-Tのスコアが高いため、ある程度のリスクしか示さない可能性があります.
