상세 설명
제안된 개입은 자폐증이 있는 유아의 결과를 성공적으로 개선한 부모 중재 개입을 조정합니다. 개입 모델은 (a) 사회적 의사소통의 기초(공동 주의, 모방, 놀이)를 목표로 하고, (b) 사회적 의사소통의 속도와 복잡성을 증가시키기 위해 자연주의적 전략을 사용하며, (c) 다음을 위한 개입의 구현자로 부모를 포함합니다. 설정 및 활동 전반에 걸쳐 일반화를 촉진하고 시간 경과에 따른 유지 관리를 보장합니다.
자폐 징후가 있는 아동의 발달 결과에 대한 이 조기 개입의 주요 효과를 테스트하는 것 외에도, 우리는 이 방법이 전반적인 유아 발달에 초점을 맞춘 조기 개입보다 우월한지 여부를 조사할 것입니다. 영유아의 뇌 발달은 빠르게 일어나기 때문에 우리는 고밀도 EEG를 사용하여 (1) 개입의 결과로 이러한 영아의 변화에 대한 바이오마커 및 (2) 치료에 대한 반응을 예측하는 바이오마커를 조사할 것입니다. 공동 참여를 통한 관심과 배움.
연구 목표:
목표 1: 실험적 개입(Baby JASPER)이 1차(공동 주의) 및 2차 결과(수용 언어, 놀이, 상징이 주입된 공동 참여 및 부모의 사회적 커뮤니케이션 지원 전략 사용)에 미치는 영향을 조사합니다.
목표 2: 실험적 개입이 어린이와 부모에게 미치는 영향의 유지 및 일반화를 조사합니다.
목표 3: 개입 후 아동의 사회적 의사소통 결과의 예측자뿐만 아니라 치료와 함께 변화의 전기생리학적 바이오마커를 조사합니다.
목표 4(탐색적): 두 가지 조건에 걸쳐 연구의 1차 및 2차 결과에 대한 잠재적 아동 수준 및 부모 수준 조정자의 영향을 조사합니다.

- ADOS-Toddler 버전에서 높은 점수를 얻었고 전문가(소아과 의사, 심리학자 등)의 임상적 관심을 받았습니다. 어린이의 나이가 어리기 때문에 아직 ASD 진단을 받지 않았지만 ADOS-T에서 높은 점수로 인해 약간의 위험을 보일 수 있는 어린이에게 개입할 것으로 예상합니다.
