- 質調整生存年 (QALY) 分析を使用して、成人脊椎変形 (ASD) に関連する疾患負担を特定します。
- ASD に関連する特定の人口統計学的および放射線学的特徴の疾病負担を特定します。
- ASD の疾患負荷を他の筋骨格疾患および非筋骨格疾患と比較します。
- ASD を治療するための特定の非手術治療モダリティの有効性を特定し、非手術治療モダリティに反応する ASD の特定の臨床的および放射線学的特徴を特定します。
- さまざまな ASD 非手術治療モダリティの QALY および ICER 値を、変形性股関節および膝疾患、冠動脈疾患、インスリン依存性糖尿病、および高血圧症の手術および非手術治療モダリティの値について以前に確立された QALY および ICER と比較します。
- データ収集と最低 85% の患者フォローアップに関連するコストと作業時間を評価します。
- 人口統計学的、放射線学的および HRQOL 値を含む研究フォローアップのための患者コンプライアンスの低さに関連する患者の特徴と、ASD の手術治療へのクロスオーバーの理由を評価します。

説明
包含基準:
- 入学時の年齢は40~75歳。
- ODI≧30
- 成人の変性性または特発性腰椎側弯症 10-40° (コブ角法で測定)
- SRS Schwab 分類による矢状面変形 少なくとも 1 つの修飾子 ++ または 2 つの修飾子 + および関連する少なくとも 10 度の冠状突起
除外基準:
- 脊柱の湾曲が10度未満または40度を超える成人の変性性または特発性脊柱側弯症
- -変性または特発性以外の脊柱側弯症の診断(すなわち 神経筋、先天性など)
- -外科的介入を妨げる心肺疾患または合併症
- 担当外科医が患者を手術候補と見なしていない
- 患者は、毎月の電話インタビューまたは必要なアンケートの完了にコミットすることを望まないか、定義されたフォローアップの時点に戻ることができません。 研究プロトコルを遵守することを望まない患者は、包含基準を満たしているかに関係なく、研究への登録を提供されません。
