설명
포함 기준:
- 가입 당시 40~75세.
- ODI ≥30
- Cobb 각도 기법으로 측정한 성인 퇴행성 또는 특발성 요추 측만증 10-40°
- 최소 하나의 수정자++ 또는 두 개의 수정자 + 및 최소 10도의 연관된 관상 코브가 있는 SRS Schwab 분류에 의한 시상면 변형
제외 기준:
- 척추 만곡이 <10도 또는 >40도인 성인 퇴행성 또는 특발성 척추측만증
- 퇴행성 또는 특발성(즉, 신경근, 선천성 등)
- 심폐질환 또는 외과적 개입을 배제하는 동반이환
- 외과의를 치료함으로써 수술 후보로 간주되지 않는 환자
- 환자가 월별 전화 인터뷰에 응하지 않거나 필요한 설문지 작성을 완료하지 않거나 정의된 후속 조치 시점에 복귀할 수 없음. 연구 프로토콜을 준수하기를 원하지 않는 환자는 포함 기준을 충족하는지에 관계없이 연구 등록을 제안받지 않습니다.
