治験責任医師は、BD患者における2つの食事介入の治療効果を評価するために、2群の並行群、無作為化、制御された24週間の食事介入を実施します。 2 週間のベースライン監視期間の後、研究者は慢性 BD の 84 人の患者を無作為に割り付け、実験的に変更されたオメガ 3、オメガ 6 介入、または平均米国摂取量が n-3 およびn-6 脂肪酸。 両方のグループの被験者は、試験の全期間にわたって医師の管理下に置かれます。 試験の第 1 段階 (12 週間) では介入が強くなり、第 2 段階 (12 週間) ではそれほど強くない介入が行われ、2 段階の介入の後、24 週間のフォローアップが行われます。 -アップ期間。
