18歳から55歳までの男性および女性被験者で、MS McDonald 2010の確立された診断で、発症からの再発コース（すなわち、再発を重ねたRRMSおよびSPMS）。
-被験者は、無作為化前の12〜1か月の期間内に発症した1つ以上のMS発作によって証明される活動性疾患を持っている必要があります、または無作為化前の24〜1か月以内に発症した2つ以上のMS発作によって、または1つ以上-無作為化前の6か月以内に実施されたMRIでの脳のガドリニウム増強（Gd +）病変。
登録された被験者は歩行可能である必要があり（EDSSスコアが最大5.5を含む）、未治療または以前にMS疾患修飾療法で治療された可能性があります。
除外基準:
重大な病状またはそのような状態の治療を受けている被験者（例：心血管、肺、免疫学的、肝臓、眼科的状態）、または授乳中または妊娠中の女性は、研究に参加する資格がありません。

|
再発: 1 つまたは複数の新しい症状または多発性硬化症 (MS) の悪化した症状の急性エピソードの発生で、発熱/感染を伴わず、安定した 30 日間の期間の後に 24 時間持続します。
確認された再発：ベースラインから少なくとも0.5ポイントの拡張障害ステータススケール（EDSS）スコアの増加、または腸/膀胱および脳/精神FSを除く1、2、または3つの機能システム（FS）で1ポイントの増加。
EDSS および FS スコアは、MS の障害を評価するための神経学的検査に基づいています。
8 つの FS のうち、7 つは 0 ～ 5 または 6 の範囲の序数の臨床評価尺度であり、より高い尺度は、視覚、脳幹、錐体、小脳、感覚、腸/膀胱、および脳機能を評価する全体的な機能障害を示します。
個々の FS スコアの評価は、歩行および介助の使用に関する観察および情報と併せて EDSS を評価するために使用されます。
