18세에서 55세 사이의 남성 및 여성 피험자는 발병 시점부터 재발 과정이 있는 MS McDonald 2010 진단을 받았습니다(즉, 재발이 중첩된 RRMS 및 SPMS).
피험자는 무작위 배정 전 12~1개월 이내에 발병하는 하나 이상의 MS 발작, 또는 무작위 배정 전 24~1개월 이내에 발병하는 2회 이상의 MS 발작, 또는 하나 이상의 MS 발작으로 입증되는 활동성 질병이 있어야 합니다. 무작위화 전 6개월 이내에 수행된 MRI에서 뇌의 가돌리늄 강화(Gd+) 병변.
등록된 피험자는 보행이 가능해야 하며(EDSS 점수가 5.5 이하) 치료 경험이 없거나 이전에 MS 질환 수정 요법으로 치료를 받았을 수 있습니다.

확인된 재발: 기준선에서 확장 장애 상태 척도(EDSS) 점수가 최소 0.5점 증가하거나 장/방광 및 대뇌/정신 FS를 제외한 1, 2 또는 3개의 기능 시스템(FS)에서 1점 증가.
EDSS 및 FS 점수는 MS의 손상을 평가하기 위한 신경학적 검사를 기반으로 합니다.
