包含基準:
- 年齢>18歳、神経筋疾患、
- 拘束症候群および/または咳のピークフロー < 270.l/min および/または最大呼気圧 < 40 cm HO2、
- 非侵襲的換気を受けている患者
- 少なくとも1ヶ月は安定した状態
- 書面による同意書が渡されました
除外基準:
- 気管支のうっ血
- 血行動態の不安定性
- 以前の気胸または肺気腫の泡
- 重度の球機能不全
- 法的保護の計画
- 妊娠中または授乳中の女性
- 社会保障制度に加入していない
