Sammenligning av en hyperinflasjonsmodus og luftstabling på nevromuskulære pasienter under volumetrisk ventilasjon (TWOTECH)

Hensikten med studien er å sammenligne effektiviteten og toleransen til 2 hosteteknikker som ikke krever annet utstyr enn den volumetriske viften. De to metodene er luftstabling og hyperinflasjon.

Beskrivelse
Inklusjonskriterier:
- alder>18 år, nevromuskulær sykdom,
- restriktivt syndrom og/eller hoste toppstrøm < 270,l/min og/eller maksimalt ekspirasjonstrykk < 40 cm HO2,
- pasient under ikke-invasiv ventilasjon
- steady state i minst en måned
- skriftlig samtykkeskjema gitt
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- bronkial lunger
- hemodynamisk ustabilitet
- tidligere pneumotoraks eller emfysembobler
- Stor bulbar dysfunksjon
- rettsvernplan
- gravide eller ammende kvinner
- ingen tilknytning til en trygdeordning
