- 年龄>18岁,神经肌肉疾病,
- 限制性综合征和/或咳嗽峰流量 < 270.l/mn 和/或最大呼气压力 < 40 cm HO2,
- 无创通气患者
- 稳定状态至少一个月
- 给予书面同意书
排除标准:
- 支气管充血
- 血流动力学不稳定
- 既往气胸或肺气肿气泡
- 主要延髓功能障碍
- 法律保护计划
- 孕妇或哺乳期妇女
- 不隶属于社会保障计划
