詳細な説明
目的: 早産児の未熟児網膜症 (ROP) 検査のために、フェニレフリン 2.5% とトロピカミド 0.5% を 3 回局所適用した後の効果とバイタルの変化を判断する。
方法: 瞳孔径、血圧、脈拍数、および酸素飽和度を、60 回の ROP スクリーニング検査の前後にモニターしました。

包含基準:
- ROP初診の乳幼児
- 32週以前に生まれた乳児。
除外基準:
- 発育上の眼および/または全身の異常。
- 生命価値に影響を与える可能性のある薬物の使用
- 全身状態が不安定
- 食物不耐性
- 繰り返す嘔吐。
