前向き第3b相多国籍、多施設共同、二重盲検、プラセボ対照、無作為化離脱、並行群間試験で、スクリーニングと最大12週間の慣らし段階（すべての被験者はパティロマーを開始し、鉱質コルチコイド受容体拮抗薬（MRA ) 最適化) および無作為化された離脱の盲検治療段階。

研究集団には、レニンアンジオテンシンアルドステロン系阻害剤（RAASi）薬による治療を受けている間、高カリウム血症（血清カリウム[K +]> 5.0 mEq / L）である駆出率（HFrEF）が低下した心不全（HF）の被験者、または正常カリウム血症の被験者が含まれます（血清K + 4.0 - 5.0 mEq / L）が、スクリーニング前に高カリウム血症の病歴があり、その後のRAASi投薬の減少または中止。

心不全の治療のためにベータブロッカーの投与を受けている（耐えられない場合を除く）
腎機能が軽度または中等度以下の障害
-現在、心不全の薬を受けている高血中カリウム（> 5.0 mEq / L）または正常な血中カリウム現在、以前はスクリーニングの12か月前に高カリウムであったため、心不全薬の恒久的な減少または中止が引き起こされました
-心不全による入院、またはスクリーニング前の過去12か月以内の静脈内投薬による外来患者環境での治療。

除外基準:
