  • 有症状的低射血分数心力衰竭（心肌无力）
  • 接受任何剂量的 β 受体阻滞剂治疗 HF（除非不能耐受）
  • 肾功能不超过轻度或中度受损
  • 目前正在接受心力衰竭药物治疗的高血钾 (>5.0 mEq/L) 或目前血钾正常但在筛查前 12 个月内血钾过高导致永久性减少或停用心力衰竭药物
  • 在筛选前的最后 12 个月内因心力衰竭住院或在门诊接受静脉药物治疗。
