연구 모집단에는 레닌 안지오텐신 알도스테론 시스템 억제제(RAASi) 약물 치료를 받는 동안 고칼륨혈증(혈청 칼륨[K+] > 5.0 mEq/L)이거나 정상칼륨혈증인 심박출률 감소(HFrEF) 심부전(HF) 피험자가 포함됩니다. (혈청 K+ 4.0 - 5.0 mEq/L) 그러나 스크리닝 이전에 RAASi 약물의 차후 감소 또는 중단과 함께 고칼륨혈증 병력이 있습니다.
