- 生存者は、黒色腫以外の皮膚疾患を除くすべてのがんについて、最後の診察時に疾患の証拠を持っていてはなりません。

除外基準:
- 非黒色腫皮膚疾患以外のがんの再発歴がある生存者は除外されます。
