생존자 간 심장 건강 평가를 위한 EHR 도구의 효율성 평가 및 구현(AH-HA)
이 하이브리드 효과 실행 연구의 목적은 EHR 기반 심혈관 건강 평가 도구(AH-HA)의 효과를 유방암, 전립선암, 결장직장암, 자궁내막암, Hodgkin 및 비호지킨 림프종 암 생존자(N=600) 사이에서 조사하는 것입니다. ) 그룹 무작위 임상시험 설계(6개 개입 사례 및 6개 일반 치료 사례)를 사용하여 지역사회 종양학 사례에서 생존자 치료를 받습니다.

상세 설명
이 하이브리드 효과-구현 그룹 무작위 임상 시험에서 6개 개입 사례는 EHR 기반 심혈관 건강 평가 도구(생존자를 위한 자동 심장 건강 평가: AH-HA)를 받게 되며 6개 사례는 일반적인 치료(대조) 사례 없이 AH-HA 도구에 대한 액세스.
AH-HA는 EHR에서 자동으로 채워지는 CVH 위험 요소의 시각적 대화형 디스플레이를 렌더링합니다.
이 도구는 1차 진료에서 처음 구현되었으며 현재는 심장 독성 가능성이 있는 암 치료 수령에 대한 EHR 데이터를 통합합니다.
각 개입 현장의 서비스 제공자는 생존자와 함께 일상적인 후속 치료 중에 도구를 사용하도록 교육을 받을 것입니다.

- >= 유방암, 전립선암, 결장직장암 또는 자궁내막암 또는 Hodgkin 및 비호지킨 림프종에 대한 잠재적으로 치료 가능한 암 치료 후 6개월. 타목시펜, 아로마타제 억제제(아베마시클립과 같은 보조 CDK 4/6 억제제를 포함하거나 포함하지 않음) 또는 안드로겐 박탈과 같은 지속적인 호르몬 요법이 허용됩니다.
- AH-HA 사용 교육을 받은 제공자와 함께 향후 30일 이내에 일상적인 암 관련 후속 치료 방문이 예정되어 있습니다.
