包含基準:
- コミュニティは、ケンタッキー、オハイオ、マサチューセッツ、またはニューヨークの 4 つの参加州のいずれかにある必要があります。
- 各州内で選択されたコミュニティの少なくとも 30% が農村である必要があります。
- 各州内のすべての HCS コミュニティ全体で、少なくとも 150 人のオピオイド関連の過剰摂取による死亡者 (農村コミュニティで経験された少なくとも 22 人のオピオイド関連の過剰摂取による死亡者) と、少なくとも 25 人のオピオイド関連の過剰摂取による死亡者の割合がなければなりません。 2016年のデータに基づく100,000人。
- コミュニティは、対応戦略において MOUD の実施、過剰摂取防止トレーニング、およびコミュニティ全体でのナロキソンの配布に取り組む意思を表明する必要があります。
- コミュニティは、オピオイドの誤用、OUD、および過剰摂取に対処するための証拠に基づく実践のために、ヘルスケア、行動の健康、および司法の設定全体でパートナーシップを構築する意欲を表明する必要があります。

|
