- 각 주 내의 모든 HCS 커뮤니티에서 오피오이드 관련 과다복용 사망자가 최소 150명(농촌 지역사회에서 경험한 오피오이드 관련 과다복용 사망자가 최소 22명)이어야 하며, 100,000명, 2016년 데이터 기준.
- 커뮤니티는 대응 전략에서 MOUD의 구현, 과다복용 예방 교육 및 커뮤니티 전체에 날록손 배포를 다루려는 의지를 표현해야 합니다.
- 커뮤니티는 오피오이드 오용, OUD 및 과다 복용을 해결하기 위한 증거 기반 관행을 위해 건강 관리, 행동 건강 및 사법 설정 전반에 걸쳐 파트너십을 개발하려는 의지를 표현해야 합니다.
